| Rules and Regs |
- Someone will be there to check you in and out.
- Cancellation policy is 30 days prior to your booking date.
- The balance of the rent plus the damage deposit is due upon arrival.
- NO SMOKING.
- Pets are prohibited.
- Maximum 4 vehicles allowed and parking is prohibited on the street.
- Owners are not responsible for tenant’s lost, stolen or damaged goods or property.
- Garbage and Blue Box are Friday morning on the other side of the street.
- All garbage bags require an orange garbage tag. Garbage tags are available at the grocery store and other local retailers.
- Cottage cleaning is not included with the rental. It is the responsibility of the renters to ensure the property is left thoroughly clean and tidy.
- Cleaning supplies are available. The cottage must be left in the same condition in which you found it.
- Do not wash the bedding prior to check out. This would result in unnecessary use of water and electricity.
- Tenants should be respectful of neighbours and not make unnecessary noise.
- Tents or tent trailers are not permitted on the property.
- Tenant agrees to abide by all the rules posted at the Sun Beach, including no parking in the private beach parking lot, and pets are strictly prohibited on Sun Beach.
- Unauthorized vehicles will be towed away at the owner’s expense.
Tenant certifies that he / she has read carefully the above Rules and Regulations as set forth in the rental agreement, and agrees to abide by such limitations. |
